Karu 17 student residence is conveniently located only 500m from the university. The city center, port and airport are also nearby, all in around 2km distance range. The Karu student residence has a total of 200 accommodation places for our international students. All apartments have 2 rooms and all rooms have 2 beds. 1 double-room is a little bit roomier than the other double-room. For 2 apartments (for 4 rooms) there is 1 kitchen for common use (up to 8 tenants).

Accomodation prices in Karu 17 dormitory: Please note that we have 2 types of apartments in Karu 17 dorm – renovated & not renovated apartments! PS! Not renovated doesnt mean that rooms are in bad shape; its just that our renovated apartments have fresh paint & few extras, & that is why these are a little bit pricier as well. Also, there are 2 rooms of different sizes in every apartment.

2nd to 5th floor apartments: 1 place in smaller double room 205 (new price 215) euros per month. Deposit payment 440 (new payment 470) euros.
1 place in bigger double room 235 (new price 245) euros per month. Deposit payment 500 (new payment 520) euros.

6th & 7th floor renovated apartments: 1 place in smaller double room 215 (new price 230) euros per month. Deposit payment 460 (new payment 490) euros. 1 place in bigger double room 245 (new price 260) euros per month. Deposit payment 520 (new payment 550) euros.

Price includes –
bed place; utilitiy costs (water, electricity, heating, carbage, wifi); laundry service (pillow, blanket & bed linen); cleaning service (not a hotel full-service, only supportive cleaning. Tenant is still responsible for cleanliness of the rented rooms).
