1 place in smaller double room 215 euros per month. Deposit payment 460 euros.
1 place in bigger double room 245 euros per month. Deposit payment 520 euros.
Price includes –
bed place; utilitiy costs (water, electricity, heating, carbage etc); laundry service (pillow, blanket & bed linen); cleaning service (no hotel full service, only supportive cleaning. Tenant is still responsible for cleanliness of the rented rooms); free wifi.
